History

The RT2 lab was started in 2017 by Dr. Rhonda Nelson after a need and interest for undergraduate research arose. A small group of students volunteered their time to meet once a week for an hour throughout the semester to pursue a research project.

Community Partners

Our research would not be possible without our community partnerships.

Brighton Recovery Center
This residential treatment center serves individuals recovering from addiction. Two locations in Sandy, Utah and Ogden, Utah allow for students to conduct research on the comorbidity of mental illness and addiction issues.
